Bridging Maternal Health and Housing Stability for

U.S.-Born Historically Underrepresented families in Minnesota

Our mission is to create a holistic approach that tackles the urgent needs of affordable housing and maternal support simultaneously. Through our affordable housing initiatives, pregnant and expecting parents will receive essential support to secure stable homes. At the same time, our community-based Childbirth Ed Series will offer empowerment and education to mothers before, during, and after childbirth.

The Nurturing Homes Project is built on the understanding that housing and maternal health are interconnected components of well-being. Addressing them together is vital for delivering comprehensive and equitable care. We are committed to fostering a supportive and empowering environment where maternal health can thrive, breaking free from the constraints of structural inequities.
