We have merged our three main programs (Rebellion Relief Fund, Baby Formula Fund, and Root of Issues Consulting) under the Root of Issues Consulting service to better meet the individual needs of our community. Sign up for an ROI appointment if you are in need of resources, diapers, formula, wipes, & household cleaning supplies.

Eligibility:

• Be a mother, parent or caregiver

• Reside in the Twin Cities

• Be a Black, Indigenous, Latine, or Asian caregiver in need (not required but prioritized).

Please submit one application per household.

You will schedule either a 30 minute or 60 minute session where we troubleshoot with you to find the best solution.
